How to create an Automated Comment Reply on Facebook Post Comments
Step#1: Go to https://fbmacro.com/app/home/login_page then Login
Step#2: Click Automation
Step#3: Select Automation Campaign
Step#4: Connect your Page then Enable Bot Connection
Step#5: Go to your Page and Post your Ad
Step#6: Go back to FBMacro. On the Automation Campaign, you will now be able to see the Ad you posted.
Step#7: Click the Blue Symbol on the thumbnail of your Post
Step#8: Click Enable Auto Reply
Step#9: Select a Template if you’ve already saved one before
Step#10: If you don’t have any template, un-tick the radio button to fill-out the needed information for the Automatic Reply.
Step#11: Choose lable/s if you have created one.
Step#12: Tick the button if you want the system to respond to multiple comments of the same user. This button is recommended to make it more personal for the customer’s experience. If you untick this radio button, customers who commented on the second time will no longer receive an Automatic Reply from your Page.
Step#13: Since we are trying to create an Automatic Reply, leave this radio button ticked as it is.
Step#14: This button will let the Page like every comment of all customers commenting on the post.
Step#15: Don’t use the “General Message for All” if you want a personalized response to be sent to your customers.
Step#16: Now, Click the “Send a message by filtering word/sentence. This will let you create different responses depending on the selected tags you set.
Step#17: You can now name your template
Step#18: Type the keywords per category. Base your tags on the common/usual word and phrases used by customers who comment on your post.
Note : Use comma to separate each tags
Step#19: You can now create your Automatic message reply. This should have an answer the tags you set. It’s important to set same tags per category to make sure that you are able to address the concerns of each customers.
Step#20: You can also upload images and videos with your reply
Step#21: To make it more personalized and very engaging, you can add your customers’ first and last name or even tag the user to add more notification on her page. This will definitely catch the attention of those people who commented. Your post will have more engagement since customers are being tagged by ther names and Facebook profiles.
Step#22: If a customer commented, but it didn’t fall to any of the tags you set, you will still be able to send Automatic reply.
Step#23:Try commenting on the Post.
Step#24: You’d now be able to see the Automatic Reply and the Private message.
