Step#3: Click New Label

Step#1: Click the “Messenger Bot”

Step#2: Go to Post-Back Manager then Click Actions

Step#4: Create New Template for this Private Reply

Step#5: Type the Template Name

Note: Template Name and the PostBack ID should be the same

Step#7: After Selecting the Page, you would now see the Choose Labels Tab. Select the Label that you created from the Subscriber Manager

How to Set Private Reply Step 8Step#9: Type a Text Button that you would like subscribers to click. Select a Button Type. You will be asked for a link depending on the Button Type you selected.
(E.G., If you selected the Button Type “WEB URL”, you will then be asked for your WEB URL link.)
